[Music] [Music] [Music] I [Music] yeah oh [Music] [ __ ] all right so day two the arm was wrapped up and we made it back to the Armory we got back today but I usually get super bad social anxiety and especially today with it being Saturday at the Expo it was just super packed like everybody’s off work and off school but I’m going Tak a little brain stack it’s been helping a lot um and if you want to know about it let me know I’ll tell you but uh overall like I was saying we got back today and starting off with these single arm rows something I’ve been I’ve been doing towards the beginning of all my back workouts and I’ll usually start off with a single arm and I’ll work to a double at the end just to get super nice squeeze and you know just really crank all the blood that I can into my lats and I just I really feel it’s like pretty much everywhere in my back um a little B upper a little lower mid little bit of everything so I feel like this is one of the best things to start with and uh you know like I was saying we got back today and I feel good didn’t have too many meals today but we went out for a cheap meal last night and I got pizza and chicken farm I just been on this Italian wave so I don’t know hopefully this it’s a recipe for a good pump right there [Music] but [Applause] [Music] so that last machine that was just on it didn’t really feel right it almost felt like kind of like a pull down row it felt like a row more than a a pull down so the second movement I usually like to do some sort of like isolated like hold on that’s really going to strike your lats like from the top down and I feel like that was kind of just like from the side rowing in but switch machines two sets in I really didn’t like I was saying I didn’t like it at all so I don’t think there’s any shame in switching to movement if you’re not feeling it and uh that’s what let us here so um probably going to run this for this feels really good I just did like a practice it and uh you know just feeling good it’s what I [Music] want [Music] okay [Music] oh [Music] d [Music] this little knob it’s like right in the direct path of where I’m trying to pull so I really like to keep my hands at like I guess it would be a 90° angle comp where my body is uh so just completely horizontal but I got to put like a little tilt on it just to avoid this where you’re just a bench um but you know it still feels good really targeting the upper back here and you know this is one of the back movements that’s really going to make that upper middle part of your back just blow [Music] up [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] m [Music] [Music] okay [Music] what’s going [Music] [Applause] anywhere [Applause] [Music] so I I have my days where I’m either super talkative they not talking of at all and you know I’ve been talking all day to people and we got look bro this is a weird spot there’s a whole ass basketball game going on right in front of me and I’m trying to lift here concentrate there’s so much [ __ ] going on but for the most part I’m just keeping myself today and you know when I’m in the gym that’s the best way to be when you start talking to people or just like start [ __ ] around a little bit you get just distracted so easily and you get thrown off in your lift and your rest times get all [ __ ] up and you know I truly don’t think that’s given it 100% sometimes when you’re going and doing some random [ __ ] so so you know today with everything going on with this whole ass distraction in front of me I’m trying to just like lock in a little bit and you know that doesn’t seem to be working I I wish you could see this right now it’s just there’s a got to be a crowd of over 100 people and then like a whole ass basketball team going on it’s just different but you know I did the barbell rose and a little bit of triceps and now I’m on the uh I think this is tricep French Press I could be wrong with that I haven’t done this in a minute but um just feeling good putting a lot of stress not stress put a lot of tension on my triceps and uh just really feeling every every little bit of it so you know probably just lock in here again and I don’t even know if I talk to you but um [ __ ] it’s a decent lift not going to [Music] lie [Music] [Music] you [Laughter] [Laughter] oh
