30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout [Strength Training]

    Thanks guys. This is great, I do it twice a week, along with your 20min kettlebell workout, so 3 times a week altogether.
    I just changed one thhing about this and that is at 15 mins in on the vid, I do a standard skull crusher with a pair of dumbbells, feet flat
