    Heather you healed me from 7 years of pain and not being able to work out after my 3rd baby.     Really appreciate this NO REPEAT 🙂 low impact workout. I hope to try more of your workouts. The pacing is good overall, even for me who is out of shape with my mid 50's knees! I make a few accomodations here & there. I've only done it twice and it was definitely a bit easier the 2nd time. Looking forward to more of this one and will try some of your others, too.
