    This is a really great no equipment no repeats hiit id recommend it to everyone with medium fitness level thats not a fan of burpees but im not a fan of bear hops …

    What a session😑. I'm dissapointed in myself because I never take as many rest periods as I did 😅. Will definately make this my 2week boot camp for now till I no longer take rest periods unless instructed to on the vid 😊. I loved it though 👍❤️👏

    I love your workouts, attitude, and presence!

    Since you asked, I thought I would share that this particular workout was a little heavier on the "jump-squat" variations than I would prefer. But it's no problem! I have many favorite videos of yours saved, and sometimes I try the new ones. This one isn't going to make that list, but it was a great challenge, and I certainly did work up a sweat!
