    You guys should try 40 – 20 in stead of 50 – 10, you're barely completing reps. More rest should do the trick.

    Hi… I am a fitness freaker… I was just searching for an HIIT workouts and i came up with this workout video..

    Though i have an injury in my ankle, i tried my best to do those workouts. Its a great fat burning cardio excercises..

    I cannot express enough how much this video helps!

    I have had a bad year and gone up 4 sizes (very triggering for me lol)

    Due to moving and having nowhere to put food so having take out every day. I have tried stopping now. I also always drink fizzy drinks and that hasnt been helping.

    I have conditions that cause my joints to dislocate and a ganglion cyst (as well as asthma and chronic fatigue) so getting back into exercise is daunging.

    These videos help so much! Not just because it gives full body work outs but you both take alot of breaks when needed. Most videos i see dont do that. It makes it more encouraging to keep going even when i have a break. Thank you!

    Anyone who needs to see this (including me) remember: any movement is good movement, it doesn't matter if you cant keep up with them or you cant fully do the exercises. Just moving your body is a good start, and keep practicing. You've got this!

    This was the most encouraging workout video I've ever watched, 'cause of all the breaks you guys had to take. It was my first time seeing it in a fitness influencer's video. Usually following a workout video makes me feel like I'm SO far behind them in my fitness level, but you made me feel like we are actually in the same boat, and "failing" to do the move is no issue.

    i didn't think i could finish it! i was to lazy to workout so i said i would do 30 sec instead of 50 and just 20 min instead of 30 but every time i take a.look to the screen and see those guys struggling and taking breaks really pushed me to finish the whole thing and feel like a superhero 😂
