heyy everyone, I'm 22 and my weight is 59kg and height 5'4. i wanted to shred my fat from thighs and belly and I've started this exercise. it's my first day today and I'm trying to avoid carbonates drinks and sugar as much as i can and on a calorie deficiet diet, plus along with green tea. my goal currently is 54kg which a flat belly and slim thighs, lmk if u want me to update you on this journey ✨️
