okay guys it’s time to get that heart rate up and get your sweat on with today’s killer hiit cardio workout we have six different moves that we’re gonna be performing at 30 seconds at a time with just a quick 10 second rest in between we’re gonna get through the whole circuit three times today guys it’s gonna be killer you don’t need any equipment for this one so all you need to do is follow along my timer is set and I’m starting it right now oh man you did it guys nice work.     I'm about to go away for several days, and needed to find a cardio routine as the small motel doesn't have anything and I'm only 4 weeks into a new workout regime. I didn't want it going belly up whilst I was away because I've been so very good at dragging myself to the basement 5 days a week to workout! And I found myself here. Doesn't look too bad I thought, just 6 simple exercises repeated a few times. I can do that…. then I began reading the comments, lol! Wish me luck!

    i stopped many times through this my chest hurting and drooling from my mouth but at least i gave it a effort felt way longer than 13 minutes
