I don’t know what changed with the format but the ads starting mid-rep is really distracting and kills the momentum! Can the ads get moved to the rest times again? I understand why you need them but this is different than all the other workouts in this program!!

I turned 60 last year and finally found a strength training program I can stick too. I've always been an avid hiker, but the strength training never interested me. Now I feel stronger and my cholesterol has gone down. I did 3.0 beginning in october, and now finishing this! I don't expect to look 20 again, but to live healthier. AND I can do the lunges with weight now. I had to start with no weight and still found balancing difficult! WooHooo
