day 50 is here and we are wrapping up week 10 with a no repeats HIIT workout with weights two full body circuits today performing each exercise just one time so give it your all with every single rep okay 45 seconds of work 15 seconds of rest just follow along and do your best let’s do this team oh my gosh guys 50 workouts 50 that means there are just 10 sessions left in the HR 12week 4.0 program take some rest and before we meet again set aside some time to write out at least at least two things that you have accomplished over the past 10 weeks and then one goal that you would like to achieve over the next two weeks these final two weeks and then go be sure to share those with someone close to you or even here in the community so that we can all cheer you on take some time to rest and recover and I’ll meet you back here for week 11

    I'm 55 a have made it this far! Even though I have worked out for years, Menopause was kicking me around so I decided to take control.     When is the next 12 week series coming out? I’ve been doing these almost daily since March 2020 and this one has changed my body the most by a landslide! Heavier weights and 40ish minutes for the win! I’m getting anxious that it’s ending soon!!
