    R1D45 Jun 7 2024 I have some improvements across the board. I can do the crab walk much more easily, more muscle but feel I still need to work on strength. ABS are still a weak point. Mobility is better and I also do yoga so I'm sure both HR and Kassandra are helping with mobility.

    Full transparency moment: 45 days in and it’s been a journey. Today was one of my off days in the gym. I was mentally prepared but when I got here, my mind and body were not connecting. Im pretty sure I paused the video after almost every set. I was extremely slow and definitely was not at 100%, but I finished it.

    I have hit 2 strength goals that I set years ago!! To do push-ups properly without mods!! Today I did it🎉🎉🎉🎉!! 😢😢😢Tear are happy or it’s sweat 😂😂❤Second I reached 20lbs each for shoulder press!! Goal is to maintain and then up the goals again!! ❤❤❤Thank you Heather 😊

    I felt so strong throughout this workout! I didn't have to go to knees for any push-ups for the first time ever! This program is incredible. I don't know if it's the humidity today in Hawai'i, but I've never sweat this much in my life! 😂😊 Thank you Heather!

    I v been with Heather for 3 years now, OMG THIS beautiful woman really care about community, my mental health after having my first daughter and loosing a 6 month pregnancy 3 years ago, is incredible better, my strength ( I start with 5 pounds dumbbells and now 15/20 is good for me ) God bless her in many many ways.     Another week done! 💪🏻 The intensity was definetly higher, and the whole body was seriously sore ahah today's workout was also a great challenge! Out or breath and sweating buckets by the end! 🔥 So far, I've increased my weights for several moves/muscles and some exercises got easier with time! 💪🏻💪🏻 (burned 237 cals on my fitbit)
