    Thank you Heather for this — More of these 10 min Yoga HIIT (and PILATES) please!!!!! Love the workout sequences/flows because it really targeted my upper and lower body plus it got me all sweaty in just 10 mins. Super effective and time efficient for me because I dont have much time everyday to do an hour workout sesh. Awesome background music too❤
