    Two years ago I would have done the 1/8 burpee at the end, but thanks to Heather, I managed the whole thing properly 🙂 The printer lunges I found easier without touching the floor and, instead, moving my arms like I was running. I like how Heather shows the cross & hops, with smooth fluid movement including from touching the floor to jumping in one continuous flow.

    I did mostly low impact versions of exercises, but still, I burned 350 kCal as my heartrate had been jumping into an anaerobic zone constantly. So from time to time I did some additional exercises on the flor (on abs, legs or glutes), taking time to lower the heartrate. I've done workouts regularly for a long time but still I have some limitations. I'm able to perform more intense versions, but afterwards I don't feel nice and even can get sick (it happened to me not once).
    I would like to tell everyone: first of all your workout should energize you for a whole day so that you enjoy your life and have inspiration to do something, not make exhausted. It's only you who can think and care about you heart, espesialy when doing HIIT workouts.

    And my deep greatitudes to Heather for this workout and for the whole program. I like that first four weeks were more focused on strength building, that workouts are moderate without too much intense tempo, and I like the variability that is added into following weeks (almost everything I search on different channels to combine). The program is really well-thought-out! Thank you so much!💖💖💖

    I'm deep into PMS week and it's been raining the whole day and I meant to take it easy today on my day off. I was laying down on my sofa with reading material until 4pm since waking up and eating breakfast this morning when I finally felt that I was recharged enough to tackle a workout – either take it easy at the gym with some incline treadmill walk + machines or stay at home and do Youtube pilates workout. then felt like doing neither. turned to Heather Robertson's channel as always, and not sure what drove me to tackle cardio HIIT out of all else, but I did it. Didn't think I could do cardio HIIT today, but I did it and feel so glad I finished it. I don't feel like a glob of fat anymore today in this PMS week.

    Day 23 complete May 5th!
    I'm so proud of myself. This is the first cardio workout I have done since I herniated a disc in Aug '23. I still have to modify because my flexion is not back to normal, but I DID IT!! I am so grateful to Heather and this community for still going strong!!
