okay team just two sessions left in my Fierce 2.0 workout program the intensity is going to be high in today’s hiit cardio and abs workout we will start with a hiit cardio circuit 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest so give it your all during each work period then we will wrap it up with an AB finisher to continue building on that core strength it’s going to get sweaty my friends here we go we just have one more session left before we complete this 14 day workout series and we are finishing strong with a total body metcon workout so go get that much needed rest fuel up and I will see you soon for day number 14.

    I loved this workout. I do not enjoy cardio but really loved the 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. It really challenged me to go all out in that 30 seconds. This was challenging, super sweaty and i really enjoyed it!!!!
