    I’m traveling with kids, limited time and no equipment. This stacked perfectly with the 10 minute yoga hiit. Anyone who skips this type of workout is seriously cutting themselves short

    I love the pilates style workouts! A nice 10 minute yoga or Pilates like this one is perfect to pair with a 20 minute TABATA or low impact workout! Nice to stretch and try to elongate my short stumpy legs!
