This was my second time doing this, so decided to change it up by turning up the intensity. I skipped the rest periods and made the moves higher intensity where I could, either doing that for the full 60 secs or 45 secs high intensity and then 15 secs of the lower intensity version (e.g., 45 secs in-and-out jumps and 15 secs in-and-out squats or 45 secs curtsey lung hops and 15 secs curtsey lunges). I'm feeling great after finishing this! Thanks as always, Heather!

I so didn’t want to do this workout. The entire time I couldn’t wait for it to end. I kept trying to get my mind focused on positivity, but it wouldn’t budge. This workout was one of the most mentally challenging workouts I’ve done since following Heather. There’s no clear reason why; some days are just tough. Still, I’m glad I powered through and got it done. Count my wins every which way I can. 😅🙌🏾
2nd go around, and still an awesome sweat shesh. I modified those click heels to just jumps. Loved this HR. Thanks for keeping us strong and healthy.

This was a great HIIT workout, one I hadn't done. I appreciated the mix of standing and floor moves, and loved the pulse and heel click move — coordination. I watched myself in the mirror to keep myself upright, head not wriggling — me trying to be a dancer. Love when my coordination is tested, along with muscles and heart. Thanks, Heather
