beautiful sunny San Diego here at the beach today and this is Brian you guys know Trina Brian we wanted to bring you guys a workout that you can do in as little in six minutes and you can go up to thirty forty minutes or even sooner so we have five different exercises that’s it the exercises are a bear crawl and we’re not gonna do them in this order a bear curl a crab walk something I love to call hit the surf which is where you have the option to get wet what else did for inchworm and Chasse squat so with these exercises if you do one round it’s going to take you about five to six minutes if you do two rounds double that so the more rounds you do the longer it’s going to take you if you only have six minutes do it once if you’ve got thirty minutes then you’re gonna do it six times five to six times okay so you decide so with those five exercises you can get a killer full body workout at the beach and the fun thing that I like about this workout yeah you can do it on your own yeah you can grab a buddy yeah okay you can do it with a group or this is even one that your kids will enjoy so make sure that you pull everybody into the fun yeah and I’d the other thing I’d say guys is don’t be self-conscious about it whether you whether the beach you’re on is a few people on it like right now so far early in the morning in San Diego or a lot of people just go out and own it and some people may look at you funny but you know what that look is that’s the look of envy because they’re actually jealous they can’t do what you’re doing so you might start a trend you might start a trend yep so we’re gonna show you guys two different options for the exercises one where you can actually use a stretch of the beach which is my favorite so you’re moving and having a good time another one where it might be a crowded beach and you can just kind of stay in one isolated area so that’s it let’s get it done so exercises exercise number one the inchworm you want to do this one to warm up because it stretches out those hammies and gets the upper body moving so our target is just a water bottle you can use anything that you want so you can see down there so what Brian is gonna do is he’s gonna inchworm down to that water bottle and then he’s just going to do some butt kicks to bring you back let’s go yes little tiny steps in repeat all the way down to that water bottle and then just butt kicks back that’s exercise number one and on the way back and the stationary version of that is just this hands flat down I’m actually doing this on a decline so it’s going to be a little bit harder and then bring it back in and then repeat that if you want to make it a little easier just flip your body and make it on that uphill instead of out it’s downhill and if you need to drop to the knees for your push-up you’re welcome to do that is exercise number two position the ball for this one I’m so tired from showing you the other one but we’re going to do a dolphin dive if you don’t have room to do the bear come onto my forearm drive my hips to the sky my flat back thanks a lot bye dress and then push back up 25 times exercise number three guys is a shot a squat this is one of my favorites you want to stay facing the same direction on the way there and back to your target that way you work both those eight legs evenly on your mark get set go all right and the stationary version is exactly what you think on that just move side to side pick one foot out into a squat side to side 25 times total alright the next one crab walk your kids are gonna love this one alright so we drop it can you have to keep alert an object about 25 yards away you took me on that one if you don’t have a lot of but a beach to work with lift the hips up five times four five five steps one two three four five back it up two three four five do it again four more times all right and then this one is my favorite you guys it’s called hit the surf you’re gonna run into the surf up to your belly button and then come out as fast as you can you can kind of jog down but make sure you power out it looks like that row one first of all if there’s really no good reason not to hit the surf then hit the surf but if you absolutely cannot in place of hitting the surf give yourself 25 but kicks per side and 25 high knees per side then you can call it done with your first friend yeah here’s the fun part if you’re gonna do more than one round now you’re soaked makes everything just a bit more interesting more fun for sure okay all right to you guys so remember if you’re doing this stationary option it’s going to be 25 reps of each of those things if you’re doing the moving option you’re gonna set your target about 25 yards we call this workout the beach burn 500 and here’s why so 5 exercises 25 yards of 25 reps plus the runs about 25 yards or the butt kicks so you get the reps in there for exercises 25 125 times 2 or 4 times each burn 5 generate all right you guys and make
