    Hi y'all, please remember that this workout is pretty hard. If you can't do it, don't quit. Just do a low impact version, but don't quit. When I couldn't do normal push up, I did them on knees. When I couldn't do burpees, I did them without jumping. But keep going. Eventually you will be able to do them flawlessly. Just keep going.

    i find it weird you label your workouts with 'calorie killer' when your whole brand is about not encouraging unhealthy eating. exercise should be about feeling fit and capable, and having fun, not killing calories

    Me the first 10 minutes: i'm fine this is okay
    15 minutes in: alright yeah this is hard
    25 minutes in: i feel like i'm dying but i'm almost done i can do it
    the last 3 exercises: my body was limp. i did it by sheer stubborness and a whole lot of name calling
    the cool down: i feel great. i'm great. i'm a god, a unstoppable force
