    This is the best feeling doing this video after completing 4.0. Strength training has really improved my cardio stamina and ability to perform these moves without any modification and keeping Heather's pace. I am crunched for time today, so this workout was PERFECT in every single way.

    Hi Heather, since I don't have FB nor IG accounts I'll ask you here. I am 46 yo and I have been like two years without doing exercise regularly. One year ago my beloved husband died in my arms at 42 yo and I am so lost. I NEED to get on track with physical training and I always have adored your training. Please could you tell me where to find indications on your site to get back to training with milder routines? I would love to go back with monthly trainings but 30/40 mins a day is too hard for me rn. Please know that you have helped me a lot back in 2020 and I appreciate your work very much.
