    Hey my friends! The music changes in the middle of this video for 2 minutes so that I could take out all of the adverts that the music labels inserted into my video, so that you could follow it without interruptions! That’s also why you won’t hear the countdown timers for 2 minutes but it means you get to follow without any ads! ♥️

    Natasha! Love your channel – quick question tho – with HIIT – I understand the rest period to be until you make a full recovery – otherwise you tire your body out? So you being the super babe and amazingly in shape can do 30 sec rest but – won’t that kill someone like me? Shd I pause vid until I recover to go all out again? Or struggle thru?

    I'm 220 pounds and I manage to do 2 rounds before collapsing to the floor lmao I've done medium intensity sport every morning for a few weeks and thought I would do the 4 rounds no big deal 😅 how silly of me. I hope I'll be able to one day do the whole thing!

    Despite that fact that I am a Cross Country Runner (Cardio is my specialty) this thing kicked my butt. I was panting like a dog throughout this whole thing

    Day 1 – stopped at 13:24 cause if I'm gonna do more I'm gonna faint. Might be better tomorrow.
    Day 2 – Finished it
    Skipped 10 days

    Day 1 (again) – finished
    (Skipped Saturday and Sunday)
    Day 2 – Done
    Day 3 – Done (Did most of the workout at a slow pace)
    Day 4 – Done and tired
    Day 5 – Thursday Finished
    Day 6 – done
    Day 7 – only half done cause someone walked in while I was doing the workout
    Day 8 – sunday skipped
    Day 9 – done (monday)
    Day 10 – Tuesday done (still couldn't do the 5th workout)
    Day 11 – (Wednesday) done 02/7/24
    Day 12 – Done (shortened my rest because I'm expecting someone any minute from now)
    Day 13 – Done (I hate how my face always gets red after finishing the workout)
    Day 14 – saturday done
    Skipped sunday
    Day 15 – Done (Monday) 02/12/24
    Day 16 – Tuesday done
    Day 17 – Valentine's Day workout Done
    Skipped 8 days for some reasons
    Day 18? – Done (02-22-24)

    As a moderately fit person who does high-intensity cardio twice a week, though no weightlifting yet, I decided to full send all four rounds on my first try and my legs felt like complete jello afterward. This is my second day after doing the workout and let me tell you my quads are THE SOREST they've ever been in my LIFE… Mind you I used to weight train and squat about 150lbs, and never was this sore. Will be incorporating this into my fitness routine for sure.
