    Keep tracking here. Start at 75 kilos (I have been looking like a potato my whole life so before my 23 birthday, I at least want to try to change something. The goal is to create a habit and make my body move more!)
    WEEK 1:
    Day 1: ✔️ (I haven’t been practice for years so I know it will be hard but didn’t expect I would fail at the first exercise 😂 My left was knee cracking like crazy and I had to lean on my bed to get through this. I cheat about 5 to 10 seconds per some exercises so that I can keep up to the end because I know once I rest, I would rest double the exercise time haha. But anyway, I have finished the first day 🎉)
    Day 2: ✔️ (almost give up since my thigh was hurting so bad because of long time no exercise. But I get over it’s :3 small victory hihi)
    Day 3: ✔️ (I'm definitely getting stronger. I can feel that my left knee has stop crumble a little bit 😂)
    Day 4: ✔️ (Almost called it a day. But I get over it yayyy🎉)
    Day 5: ✔️

    i have 2 weeks from today for a really big party to go to, im trying to lose as much weight as i could, ill be doing this workout everyday as long as other youtube workouts and lifting weights+eating right! ill let you guys know how it goes appearance wise and weight wise. i am 145 lbs rn.
