تمرين اليوم هو تمرين لكل للجسم بدون اي قفزات، يمكنك تقوم به بهدوء دون إيقاظ العائلة. هذا تمرين رائع لتلك الأيام التي تشعر بها أنك لست قويا للتمارين القادمة، أو تريد فقط تأخذ استراحة صغيرة من خلال التدريبات الشديدة يمكنك الآن توجد جدول الزمني لمدة الأربعة الأسابيع على موقع الويب و شارك رحلتك علي يوتيوب وإنستغرام وتيك توك. لدينا مجتمع جدا مذهل هنا لدعمك. الآن اضغط علي لايك، اترك تعليقات مع تقدمك و هيأ بنا نبدا! لدينا 19 تمرينا، 30 إلى 40 ثانية من التمارين و 5 إلى 10 ثوان من الراحة . لنبدأ مع لمسات إصبع القدم علي طول الجسم. اجعل قدميك متباعدتان بشكلٍ واسع، وذراعيك ممتدة وحاول توصل إلى إصبع قدمك المقابل بيدك. هذا يعمل على عضلات بطنك و يسخن جسمك بشكل رائع. و لدينا متزلجون، خذ خطوة كبيرة إلى الجانب وجلب ساق واحدة خلفك. لطيف وسهل، تأكد من أنك تقوم بها في نطاق كامل من الحركة. بعد ذلك سنجلس إلي القرفصاء ونرمي بعض اللكمات. هذا يساعد ان تعمل على كل من ذراعيك وساقيك و بطنك في نفس الوقت. تأكد من أنك تجلس إلي القرفصاء منخفضا أثناء إشراك عضلات الألوية و بطنك. الآن ادخل الي وضع بلانك مرتفع، و سننتقل إلى بلانك جانبي ونرفع ساق واحدة ونكرر. إذا كان هذا صعبا جدا بالنسبة لك، فلا ترفع ساقيك، فقط قم بدوران بلانك هكذا. بعد ذلك لدينا كرانج و لمسة القدمين. جلب ساق واحدة خلفك وادفع ركبتك للخارج أثناء انت تضغط على عضلات بطنك ، ثم جلبها للخلف واضغط على قدمك. هذا يعمل جسمك بشكلٍ كامل، لذا افعلها بقوة و إذا استطعت،كثر شدة التمارين. والآن دعونا نتبادل إلى الجانب الآخر. حسنا،سنضع أيدينا خلف رؤوسنا هكذا وسنرفع ساقنا إلى الجانب وللخلف متبوعا بكرانج . تأكد من أنك تضغط على عضلات بطنك عندما تقوم بالكرانج ، بشكل بطيء و حلو، وقم بإشراك عضلات بطنك حتى لا تفقد توازنك. أحسنتم يا رفاق! الآن، إلي جانب الآخر. حسنا، الآن لدينا لانج متبوعا بركلة أمامية، تأكد من أن ركبتك الأمامية لا تمرر من خلال أصابع قدميك وحافظ على انخراط و اشراك عضلات الألوية و بطنك. اركل ساقك الأمامية واثناء انت ترفع نفسك وتأكد لاتأرجح ساقك، حافظ على التحكم في حركتك و شارك عضلات بطنك والآن إلى الجانب الآخر. نحن في منتصف الطريق يا رفاق، استمروا! بعد ذلك لدينا كرانج المائلة . تذكر أن تضغط على عضلات بطنك ، أعطها كل ما لديك على الأقل نحن لا نفعل بلانك العالي و المنخفض (؛ الآن على الجانب الآخر. حسنا، اجلس هكذا ، وسنحضر ساق واحدة إلى الجانب ثم نركلها قطريا أو أمامك. إذا لم تكن مرنًا عشان تركل لفوق، فلا بأس تماما، فقط ابدأ ببطء وستصل إلى هناك بمرور الوقت . والآن سنقوم بالجانب الآخر. . أنتم تقومون بعمل رائع يا رفاق، لا تستسلموا! حسنا يا رفاق، أحسنتم للجميع، ادخل الآن إلي وضع الطاولة و المس أصابع قدميك المقابلة بيدك. ادفع نفسك، لكن لا تؤذي نفسك. ارتاح كلما احتجت إلى ذلك. حسنا الآن مدد علي بطنك ولدينا سوبرمان مع تمدد الخلفي. ارفع ذراعيك وساقيك لفوق ثم اسحب مرفقيك للخلف. هذا يعطي ظهرك تمرينا رائعا، فقط ثلاثة تمارين أخرى بعد هذا يا رفاق. انتم قادرون ! حسنا، قف بشكل مستقيم الآن ولدينا مشي كمثل السلطعون للقرفصاء. اتمشي مرتين كمثل السلطعون هكذا، ثم القرفصاء ثم إلى الجانب الآخر . لدينا أقل من ثلاث دقائق أخرى يا رفاق! حسنا الآن اجلس هكذا ونحن نقوم بعمل كلب الطائر ارفع ذراع والساق المقابلة لفوق، ثم كرر على الجانب الآخر. تأكد من أنك تشارك عضلات الالوية وبطنك هنا. الآن يا رفاق ، اوقفوا بشكل مستقيم ، والتمرين النهائي هو لانج الجانبي. هذا مذهل لكل من عضلات الفخذين الداخلية والخارجية. تأكد من أنك تشارك عضلات بطنك هنا و دعنا ننهي هذا. وهذا هو التمرين! أتمنى أن قد استمتعتم بهذا الروتين يا رفاق ، اضغط علي لايك وأخبروا بقيتنا مع كيف كانت التمارين في التعليقات وسأراكم في التمرين التالي. إلى اللقاء!
