12 MIN FULL BODY FAT BURN WORKOUT (No Jumping HIIT)

hey guys welcome back to another apartment friendly hit workout this workout is a full-body workout there is no jumping involved so you won’t disturb your neighbors down below you you will need some form of equipment for this workout so today I’m using a set of ten pound dumbbells but you can use whatever you have access to at home whether that be household objects dumbbells or kettlebells anything will work for this workout the way that this workout is structured is we have four different exercises each exercise is going to be thirty Seconds on with a 15 second rest and we’re going to do four rounds keeping it nice and simple today so I am going to give you a quick preview of the exercises before we get started so you know what you’re getting yourself into right away so exercise number one you’re going to need one dumbbell you’re going to take a squat and at the top you’re going to do two shoulder presses down and press so that’s exercise number one exercise number two nice and simple dropping that weight we’re going to come down to the ground and just do regular mountain climbers so bringing those knees right up to your chest that’s for 30 seconds and then exercise is number three we’re gonna grab both of our dumbbells and you’re going to do a reverse lunge so stepping back and have the bottom you’re going to do a hammer curl bring it down and press up step back the other leg so nice and simple and then our final exercise you’re going to come down on your back and we’re going to do just some regular leg drops but we’re going to try and keep the intensity high so you’re going to try and pick up the pace with these leg drops just like throughout the whole workout I want you to focus on giving full effort for all of our 30-second intervals on all four rounds I think that’s it so without further ado let’s get to it all right guys so we’re starting off with exercise number one which is our squat with our double overhead shoulder press here we go try not to lock your elbows at the top sit deep into those slots into your heels as you come down crash through those heels as you come up [Music] when it comes to you alright alright those teams I think breasts we’re gonna go into our mountain climbers just exercise number two [Music] [Music] when I can see back on your half [Music] nice all right progressed going to exercise number three which is a reverse lunge with our hammer curl at the bottom [Music] so sit back into those lunges make sure your knees not going over your toes keep those elbows right by your side and isolate each movement and press through that heel to stand up all right going into our last exercise of the first round which is just from flag drops you can have your knees slightly bent if you want or all the way street and you can also touch your hands under your bum top a little bit with your lower back support is very neutronic and keep the pace high [Music] so remember trying to press that wall right into the floor as much as possible [Music] alright guys and that was round number one arranged around number two next so grabbing her one dumbbell Green Rush squat make sure you’re sitting all the way back let’s fly [Music] my alright could rest going to mountain climbers I can keep that pace nice and high really give it your all for this next three second Giulio [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right grab both of those weights [Music] reversal on here we go [Music] [Music] but that way into your heels and perhaps looser using those loose dad drop those weights coming down on our backs ready for some leg drops don’t forget to press not over back into the ground as much as possible you got pieces in hi [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] we’re halfway there guys we’ve got two more rounds to go here we go right into our squats double overhead press sit into those heels and all the way down don’t walk your elbows up the top [Music] hi [Music] [Applause] [Music] girl oh wait slow it down make sure your knees on over your clothes focus on solid form here keep that core tight imbalance [Music] [Applause] [Music] all right we now sit around play drop [Music] and engaging those eyes not just moving your eyes when you mentioned you want to use those ABS rather we love hip flexors up whereas that back into the floor [Music] alright guys one more round to go this is our final round give it all you got let’s go [Music] hours up to oh no you killed us [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] don’t stop keep pushing [Music] all right hope your wait [Music] the lot [Music]     This has become my favorite style of work out of yours. I really like the repeating sets and that it’s a mix of strength and cardio with a dumbbell. I feel like he gets such a great workout and I love the repeating sets because I feel like it really gives me a chance to practice my form. I can go a little bit longer like a 15 to 20 minute version of this would be ideal!!
