لدينا تمرين HIIT لمدة 10 دقائق اليوم! ! دون اي burpees او بلانك،لذا أنت قرار يعجبك اذا تكره اي تمرين مع بلانك! لقد ضفت ٨ حلقات جديدة تماما في هذا البرنامج، مع الجدول اليومي الكامل موجود على موقع الويب في Chloeting.com. إذا كنت تبحث عن وصفات للوجبات الغذائية، لقد اطلقت أيضا قسم جديد لوصفات الغذائية في موقعي لمساعدتك. وتذكروا يا رفاق، أنتم لستم وحدكم في هذه الرحلة! شارك تقدمك مع بقية المجتمع عبر Youtube, Instagram, أو انضم إلى Discord إذا تريد المزيد من الدعم، . الآن اضغط على لايك، و تابع قناتي واترك لي تعليقات ‏وهيا بنا نبدأ! لدينا 13 تمرين اليوم. 30 إلى 40 ثانية من التمارين و10 إلى 20 ثانية من الراحة. لنبدأ التمرين بلمسة القدمين. جلب قدمك لفوق هكذا واضغط علي قدمك بيدك المقابلة، حاول ان تحفظ ظهرك بشكل محايدا و شارك عضلات بطنك وهبط بهدوء. كن آمنا أنت لا تريد أن تجرح كاحليك. . يمكنك ان دائما تبدا ببطء و تكثر السرعة عندما تعتاد على الحركة. . للتأثير المنخفض فقط خذها بلطف وببطء. 10 ثوان من الراحة، ونحن نقوم بالقرفصاء و التقاطع. ابدأ في وضع القرفصاء، ثم اقفز لفوق، و عبر قدمك اثناء تدوير جزء العلوي من جسمك . حاول بتشارك عضلات بطنك و و احفظ وظهرك محايدا. للتأثير المنخفض قم بالقرفصاء متبوعا بكرانج إلى جانبك تلمس مرفقك المقابل بركبتك. و لدينا قفز الرفعات. تأكد من انت تشرك عضلات بطنك وافعلها في حالة جيدة. .خذه بلطف و ببطء للتأثير المنخفض. ولا بأس إذا احتجت إلى أن تأخذ استراحة صغيرة، حسنا، نحن نكثر الشدة هنا بلمسة الارض و قفزات متقاطعة. ابدأ بتمرين لانج الأمامي، ثم اقفز إلى الوسط، مثل shuffle ، ثم لانج للأمام على الجانب الآخر. تأكد من انك تشارك عضلات بطنك، و احفظ ظهرك محايدا. ابدأ ببطء عشان تتعود على الحركة. لا تستعجل. ركز علي شكل التي تقوم به لهذا التمرين . للتأثير المنخفض، فقط لا تقفز. انتم تقومون بعمل رائع يا شباب!الان لدينا رفع الركبتين، تأكد من انت تشارك عضلات بطنك و ترفع ركبتيك إلى مستوى وركيك. إذا كنت تشعر بالتعب جدا، يمكنك دائما تركض في مكانك، أو قم بالتمرين مع التأثير المنخفض. فقط لا تستسلم! بعد ذلك لدينا القرفصاء و قفزات! ابدأ بحركة القرفصاء، ثم اقفز إلى قفز الرفعات. فقط تأكد من إنك تشارك عضلات مؤخرتك و احفظ ظهرك بشكل محايدا، للتاثير المنخفض ،فقط لا تقفز و تأكد من انت تقوم بالقرفصاء بشكل عميق . حسنا، حان الوقت الآن لبعض القفزات الواسعة. إذا كنت تعيش في شقة، أو ان تريد فقط تجنب من خلال القفزات ،فقط قم بحركة الركلات بعقب بالنسبة لبقيتنا، تأكد من أنك تقوم بالقرفصاء بشكل عميق، ثم اقفز إلى الأمام قدر الإمكان. ثم قم ببعض رفع الركبتين أثناء انت تتحرك للخلف وكرر. ابقي آمنا وتأكد من أن لديك مساحة كافية وتجنب ان تقفز على شيء ينزلق. هذا هو صعب،لاكن أنتم قادرون يا احبائي! احسنتم يا رفاق، نحن في منتصف التمارين!استمروا! خذ استراحة أطول إذا احتجت إلى فترة من الراحة، لا بأس فيه ! حسنا ،ولدينا بعض لانجز و التبديل. تحرك و قم بعمل الحركة المقص ثلاث مرات، ثم نزل نفسك بحركة لانج لأسفل. تأكد من ركبتك الأمامية لا تمر من خلال أصابع قدميك. ارجع وكرر. سنفعل هذا الجانب لمدة 20 ثواني. الآن قم بالتبديل إلى الجانب الآخر لمدة 20 ثانية ايضا. بعد ذلك لدينا حدود الجانبي. اقفز أفقيا إلى جانب واحد، ثم إلى الجانب الآخر. . افعلها بطريقة عشلن انت مسيطر عليها وفي حالة جيدة. وإذا كنت تشعر بالتعب أعتبرها بلطف و ببطء. و دائمآ ،تاكد من انت تشارك عضلات بطنك. و التالي لدينا وصول ذو ساق واحدة، . نزل نفسك من خلال وركيك،عن طريق تدفع وركيك للخلف، اثناء أنت تنزل الجزء العلوي من جسمك، حاول توصل إلى الأرض بيديك. تأكد من أن ظهرك محفوظ مستقيما هنا، ، و لا تجبر نفسك عشان تنزل نفسك لأسفل بشكلٍ عميق،فقط الي مستوي التي أنت قادر عليها، ثم ارجع و اركل ساقك اثناء انت تجلب يديك لفوق إذا كنتم تشعرون بالتعب، فقط استمروا بتأثيرات المنخفضة ولا تستسلمون الآن يا رفاق! الآن إلى الساق الأخرى. نحن على وشك الانتهاء يا رفاق! ثلاثة من التمارين فقط! تأكد من انت تشارك عضلات بطنك و احفظ ضهرك بشكل محايدا، اثناء انت تنزل لأسفل. حسنا، بعد ذلك لدينا قفزة ثنية متبوعة برفع الركبتين. ابدأ مع انحناء علي ركبتيك ثم اقفز إلى أعلى مستوى ممكن، ثم اهبط بهدوء مع انحناء طفيفة على ركبتك. . ثم جلب ركبتيك لفوق إلى رفع الركبتين، ثم كرر. وللتأثير المنخفض، فقط قم ببعض كرانجز اثناء انت واقف بشكل مستقيم، و المس ركبتك بمرفقك المقابل. والتمرين النهائي هو لانجز الجانبية والقفزة. ابدأ بحركة لانجز الجانبي، ثم اقفز إلى المركز ،ثم لانج إلى الجانب الآخر. تأكد من انك تجلس بوركيك للخلف،و تشارك عضلات بطنك اثناء انت تقوم بهذا التمرين، إذا كنت تشعر بالتعب جدا، ثم من فضلك فقط قم بتأثير المنخفض بدون القفزات. لقد انتهينا من خلال هذا التمارين يا رفاق! استمر في الجدول الزمني ولا تستسلم!!! نحن جميعا معا في هذا التمارين و البرنامج. لا تنسي ان تضغط علي لايك وأخبرنا في التعليقات ان كيف كانت التمارين، ، وسأراكم في التمرين التالي! ‏إلى اللقاء!

    I love this workout im a muslim soo during fasting i like to do workout 20minutes before i break the fast i have been searching low impact workouts and its soo cool she has alternative low impact for each workout which helped and didnt make me extremely tired loved it ❤

    day 1: made it somehow but quit in the middle because its just too much of beep beep to my heart lol
    day 2: mostly did low impact. my veins are going womp womp
    day 3: it seems too much i stopped midway
    day 4: skipped a day. i did a lily sabri's workout today.
    day 5: heart's beating so fast 😮‍💨

    I’m 180 pounds as a 15 year old, turning 16 in 20 days. I’m gonna do this for 10 days and then do another Chloe ting workout but I’ll still update here. Im also on a calorie deficit of 1800 calories
    Day 1: quite literally killed me, it’s hella hot here too so I had to sit down 2 times cause I felt like throwing up. It was more cause of the heat then the workout but im really proud of myself.

    I managed to do this one with only taking a longer break in the middle!!! yeESSSS!! that makes me happy i know i'm making progress, if only a little! now i have to get thru 1 full set of the 2 weeks shred challenge from 2019 with no breaks :')

    This is so difficult. Just finished day 1 of 2021 weight loss challenge and even though I did almost all excersises in this workout in low impact variations I still don't feel well. During the last exercise I thought I would pass out. Couldn't even finish the last few seconds.

    Thanks for sharing this low impact workout! I weigh 198 lbs and sought a low impact workout because I have fused discs in my neck and back due to abuse during my childhood and 24 year marriage. I also have a pinched nerve in my neck and bulging disc in my back, sciatica on both sides, and I have pain in my hips and knees. At 57 years old and highest weight of 201 lbs the other day I know I have to get healthy. I have seen reels of several people who have used your workouts and have had amazing results so I figured I would give it a try! I am starting with the low impact moves, and even have to modify them, but I made it through to the end! This is day one for me, January 9, 2024, and I look forward to continuing until the end!     can't believe I did it, I was ready to gave up on the first workout (I'm doing the 2021 Weight Loss Challenge), thought I'm gonna throw up during first workout.
    Now I finished the day 1 workout! yeaaay! I don't force myself to keep up with Chloe's pace, now I'm onward to do the cool down!
    You can do this guys!! Don't give up!
