I was happy that I finished the exercise, but I remembered that there were still 3 exercises left
LIKEEEEEE button done! AMAZING! Short but effective!!!!! LOVE it! I just did this one and I’m all sweaty how it should be! And feel very active! My 💛 is beating fast! GREAT!

I love this workout im a muslim soo during fasting i like to do workout 20minutes before i break the fast i have been searching low impact workouts and its soo cool she has alternative low impact for each workout which helped and didnt make me extremely tired loved it ❤

I’m 180 pounds as a 15 year old, turning 16 in 20 days. I’m gonna do this for 10 days and then do another Chloe ting workout but I’ll still update here. Im also on a calorie deficit of 1800 calories
Day 1: quite literally killed me, it’s hella hot here too so I had to sit down 2 times cause I felt like throwing up. It was more cause of the heat then the workout but im really proud of myself.
I managed to do this one with only taking a longer break in the middle!!! yeESSSS!! that makes me happy i know i'm making progress, if only a little! now i have to get thru 1 full set of the 2 weeks shred challenge from 2019 with no breaks :')

This is so difficult. Just finished day 1 of 2021 weight loss challenge and even though I did almost all excersises in this workout in low impact variations I still don't feel well. During the last exercise I thought I would pass out. Couldn't even finish the last few seconds.

Thanks for sharing this low impact workout! I weigh 198 lbs and sought a low impact workout because I have fused discs in my neck and back due to abuse during my childhood and 24 year marriage. I also have a pinched nerve in my neck and bulging disc in my back, sciatica on both sides, and I have pain in my hips and knees. At 57 years old and highest weight of 201 lbs the other day I know I have to get healthy. I have seen reels of several people who have used your workouts and have had amazing results so I figured I would give it a try! I am starting with the low impact moves, and even have to modify them, but I made it through to the end! This is day one for me, January 9, 2024, and I look forward to continuing until the end! can't believe I did it, I was ready to gave up on the first workout (I'm doing the 2021 Weight Loss Challenge), thought I'm gonna throw up during first workout.
Now I finished the day 1 workout! yeaaay! I don't force myself to keep up with Chloe's pace, now I'm onward to do the cool down!
