Day 1: ✅a bit hard near the end, but I finished it with sweat on my face
I work out for 2 hrs straight

To people trying this- Pamela is a professional and has been doing these workouts for a long time.
Do it WITH BREAKS. Every minute(every two exercises) walk around and catch your breath for at least 30 seconds. If you do this without breaks, it may cause problems with your health or tire your body easily and leave you overworked resulting in fatigue.

Day 1: ✅ Man it was tough. Somehow, I managed to finish it up by taking breaks here & there. Guys don't get demotivated. For anything taking the first is the hardest, since I've already taken that I'm looking forward to the end goal 😼

oh my god guys i finally finished this workout without any breaks 😭
You know guys once my uncle said to me come and do some exercise. So I went there to exercise with him when I reached there . There was a punching box and he told me to punch for 2 minutes 😒 while punching I thought I would die and after that he said let's run . He even didn't gave me any breaks 😔 and while running I felt vomiting and then passed out . And I decide that I will never exercise with him again 😅
This is still my favorite HIIT Workout 👏
How effective is this exercise?
As a mid-experienced person who works out regularly but hasnt done any hiit in about a year, I can say that this is the first official workout that I stopped doing at 1 minute before it ended. This killed me. I took it as a chalenge but I ended up stopping it to taker a breath at 7:44, I just couldnt. Thx anyways (even tho this vd is already pretty old..)

Day 2 (21.3.24): could complete with a little less breaks yayhh!!
Day 3 (22.3.24) : I was losing my breath a little less today 😂 loved it
