Some of the exercise were new to me so i didn't know how it was properly done so i couldn't catch up with video but I'll learn how to properly do it then complete it. Yho i found two three of them quiet difficult for me which mainly involved squats. Also i was doing other workout routines for one hour already so maybe i was struggling bc of that.
I was dead for the whole duration of this workout 🥹🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 after that i miraculously came back to life 😌
