    I didn’t know I was this kind until I did this workout 😜😝I was liberally throwing breaks every few mins 😅 so those who has hard time doing intense cardio, please be liberal and take breaks and finish it anyway, that’s all matters at the end 😊 let’s get this done 💪

    Some of the exercise were new to me so i didn't know how it was properly done so i couldn't catch up with video but I'll learn how to properly do it then complete it. Yho i found two three of them quiet difficult for me which mainly involved squats. Also i was doing other workout routines for one hour already so maybe i was struggling bc of that.
