[Music] thank you Hello everybody welcome back today we are doing a quick 10 minute full body hit workout this is a no repeat workout so it’s going to go by real fast you don’t need any equipment just make sure you can see your screens you can follow along with me and without further Ado let’s get to it all right all of our exercises today are 40 seconds on with a 20 second rest your first exercise is a squat and then as you come up from your squat you’re going to do an elbow to knee crunch so coming down and up make sure you’re coming all the way down in your squat [Music] foreign exercise number two is a plank walkout walking out to a high plank then you’re going to do two plank Jacks jump it out and in out in and sand it all the way back up here we go [Music] like [Music] make sure you stay nice and low in these plank Jacks booties down [Music] [Music] good flip it over onto your back next up we’re going to do some scissor crunches so legs can have a slight Bend in them you’re going to switch the legs in an L position if you need to modify you can tap your bottom heel to the floor and then we’re bringing opposite elbow to knee [Music] keep your neck nice and long chest is open [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] good next exercise is some kick throughs I feel like we have not done these in a while I haven’t done them in a while so that means well maybe not you guys have done old videos so you’re gonna be in this little Crouch position on your toes they’re gonna come through kick the leg out back to Center other side leg stays lifted up off the floor [Music] [Music] thank you good standing up next up you’re going to do a double standing crunch so albutiny fingers to toes other side good [Music] here we go really Reach For Those toes feel that crunch foreign [Music] [Music] next up you’re going to do a tiny baby jump with your hands above your head so reach it up and you’re going to come forward reach opposite toes opposite fingers toes and then come back up jump opposite fingers to toes think about those low ABS as you come down think of this as like a crunch motion core is nice and tight if you need to modify you can remove the jump just do a rise and lower rise and lower foreign [Music] next up is a squat walk so come to one end of your mat you’re gonna get nice and low in your squat you’re gonna walk three times one two three you’re gonna rise and lower walk it back one two three when you’re in this squat you’re gonna stay the same level the whole time so we’re not bobbing up and down to walk you’re staying nice and low low low low low rise stretch those legs [Music] thank you [Music] nice job shake those legs out next up are some ice skaters so you’re either jumping just a little tiny baby jump from side to side reaching this back foot back or to modify you remove the jump step from side to side you can either have this back foot lifted or tap the toes to the floor thank you pick a spot on the floor a couple feet in front of you keep your eyes locked that will help with balance [Music] [Music] nice job let’s head to the ground we are going to do some crab toe touches next so you’re in a reverse Bridge position bum is lifted you are either reaching for the knee or reaching for the toe keeping the bump off the floor reach switch if keeping the bum off the floor is too much you can sit here reach for the toes with the bump on the floor [Music] good last exercise we’re gonna do some Commando planks so coming into high plank you’re gonna go down down on your forearms back up make sure you’re switching so if you go down with your right hand the first time second time you go down with the left arm here we go [Music] she’s the bomb down nice straight line if you need to you can just hold plank and breathe through it [Music] [Music] and that is it guys great job I hope you enjoyed this quick 10 minute cardio workout if you did give this video a thumbs up let me know in the comments if you’re new here hit that subscribe button turn on your post notifications so you don’t miss another video from me see you guys next time bye [Music] [Music] foreign
