    Started Monday 29th July – doing for 4 weeks
    Day 1: done ✅ but omg it hurt
    Day 2: done ✅
    Day 3: done ✅
    Day 4: done ✅ took a break in the middle tho
    Day 5: just finished ✅ why does it hurt more 😭
    Day 6: done ✅ sweating soo much, I took a rest day but I didn’t put it in
