Is this enough for like being in shape or losing fat. Like apart from this 10min workout daily is there something else which need to be followed?

Day 1: done ✅ but omg it hurt
Day 2: done ✅
Day 3: done ✅
Day 4: done ✅ took a break in the middle tho
Day 5: just finished ✅ why does it hurt more 😭
