    I've been doing this workout a few times a week for just under a year now and it is a FAVORITE!! It is great on-the-go (I traveled full-time for work last year and this is awesome for hotel rooms with little space — this is how I got hooked!), easy to modify to make it easier or harder as needed, and also just super fun.
