This Challenge actually turned my entire life around. I am a stay at home mom, lamenting over my "mom-bod" wanting and knowing i needed to exercise use but just couldn't find a workout that I could stick with. I love how at the end you put a pairing workout so that you don't have to go searching for a workout to pair it with, for me this workout has been a game changer. Careful of the broad jumps! I do Heather's fantastic workouts 3-4 times a week but as a beginner/intermediate, these broad jumps gave me shin splints and I've had to take a few weeks rest doing nothing!
