Day 2 completed! Those hip up things during the last ab section were KILLING my sciatic nerves 😆I added a shoelace (or I think it's also called cow face) stretch after. Great workout!
This is a tough one but I love it no equipment and makes me sweat my ass off
Doing this as a bonus day during Summertime Fine 4.0… I was waiting for a surprise finisher, but was thankful for a long cooldown😂

I’m just getting back into fitness again and I won’t lie, this was tough. I almost gave up after the first ab circuit, but Sydney’s spiced-up 2nd cardio workout was so hard to resist, I am so glad I did it. Then I found myself thinking of giving up before the last ab circuit. This time, I decided to read the comment section and it was the community that gave me the little motivation I needed— we are all in this together. Finally, that last advice really spoke to me. I’m coming back tomorrow.
