    Each of the circuits was challenging and that second round of burpees was a killer! This plus the new 20-min no repeat full body workout with mini band was a perfect combo!! 💪🏼👏🏻(burned about 240 cals on my fitbit)

    Can anyone help me? Which HR workouts are best for a beginner? I'm getting doms after doing 1 workout. And shouldni be exercising on the days I feel sore? I'm confused about eating too, should I have anything after a workout here or just wait till a meal
