10 min NO JUMPING FULL BODY CARDIO (Apartment Friendly, Low Impact, No Equipment)

hey guys welcome back thank you so much for joining me today today’s workout is a 10-minute full-body cardio workout and this workout involves no jumping so it is a low-impact workout and it’s great for those of you who have neighbors living below you so you won’t cause any ruckus upstairs so for today’s workout all you will need is yourself a little bit of space and a soft surface that is a yoga mat or exercise mat beneath you and today I am also added in a 10 pound dumbbell for one of the exercises this is optional but it will increase the intensity of the workout so this workout is 10 minutes long we’re going to do two rounds of this workout each round is 5 minutes long and we’re going to be doing 5 different exercises 45 seconds on 15 seconds off so let me give you a quick preview of the exercises before we get started so you know what we’re doing so our first exercise is we’re going to step out arms come up and then we come down taking a nice squat and fingertips touch the ground oh and oh and throughout this workout we’re going to try and keep a nice high intensity pace our second exercise that we’re going to do is we’re going to walk out into in plank position walk back in come up and we raise up if you don’t have neighbors below you you can add in a jump here but if not we’re just going to raise up don’t walk out and back up our third exercise is where I’m going to be incorporating the dumbbell so we’re going to bring the dumbbell above head and we’re going to bring our knee and meet the dumbbell even at the center so here like so making sure to keep a nice strong core throughout that exercise our fourth exercise is we’re going to step into a reverse lunge two punches step up two punches reverse lunge punch punch up punch punch so nice and strong with the arms the whole time and our final exercise is some kicks through so we’re going to place our hands on the ground kicking group like so back to Center through Center so those are all of our exercises so just make sure that you can to see your screen so you can follow along with me and without further ado let’s get to it all right next we’re off with our side touch down into squat touching our fingertips to the ground here we go [Music] [Music] [Music] all right next one [Music] [Music] all right next exercise you’re gonna grab a dumbbell if you’re not using a dumbbell you’re just going to bring your arms in so strong try not punch the back room you dumbbell in [Music] [Music] [Music] all right breasts going into a reverse lunge with our punches [Music] make sure that your knee is not over your toe sitting back deep into those lunges nice strong arms alright last exercise of our first round heading down with some weak throughs sighs all right that workers around we repeat all that one more time so getting ready to go into our start tap into squat fingertips to the floor ours [Music] Twitter [Music] [Music] [Music] all right grabbing your dumbbells keep the arms nice and strong [Music] [Music] to our strong arm sensitive [Music] [Music] alright last exercise kick roots on the ground make sure that your booty does do not touch the ground the entirety of this exercise really engaging the core you know [Music] [Music] two more seconds last few seconds you just pick Cindy present and great progress alright guys so I hope you enjoyed this quick 10 minute workout this workout is great to add in to your daily routine to the beginning of a workout as well warm up to the end of the finisher this workout is also great to do first thing in the morning just to get yourself nice and woken up in the morning at the blood flowing and get a little bit of sweat going if you enjoyed this workout please make sure to give this video a thumbs up and let me know how you did in the comments down below and if you are new here make sure that you are subscribed and you hit the post notification bow so you don’t miss another workout for me and I’ll see you guys in my next video [Music] you [Music]

    Hello dear Madfit, I love your exercises and I'm such a huge fan of them all, but I see a slight bug in your videos that would like to share with you, while I'm following your moves, sometimes when the parts of the exercises are ending, I hear you saying for example "10 more seconds" and it kind of takes my energy out, because these terms you use implements such idea that "Yes, these moves are cumbersome and tiring, so stop doing them or skip this part!", I think it would be better if you say : "Way to go! / Doing great! / What a big fun!" instead of reminding how much time is left of that specific part, I hope you notice that but at whole I love your moves, great job and thank you!

    If the workout is with a dumbell, then it isn't a no equipment workout. The exercise doesn't make any sense without the dumbell. Why not just do that workout in an equipment workout?

    This is the first exercise I did since I had COVID, and woww it was a challenge, I couldn´t do the whole time but it´s a good start to get back my shape and health! My cardio sucks rn haha

    This was wonderful! I was definitely sweating and breathing hard by the end – I worked, for sure. I could not get the coordination right for the kick-throughs, so wound up substituting that with a kicking/punching exercise. Thanks, Maddie!

    Is it possible to replace the last exercise with something else for beginner-beginner who have no abs at all?? I keep on falling on my knees whenever I try do to it…
