10 min NO JUMPING CARDIO HIIT (Apartment Friendly, Low Impact, Full Body)

okay guys welcome back today we’re doing a 10-minute full body cardio hint workout without any jumping so this workout is apartment friendly if you have neighbors below you or if you have a sleeping baby in the other room or if you’re just looking for a low-impact workout this one is for you so the way that this workout is structured is we have five different exercises each exercise it’s going to be 45 seconds on 15 seconds off and we’re going to complete two rounds which will bring us to ten minutes you don’t need any equipment besides today I’m using a pair of five pound dumbbells just something nice and light just to add in a little bit of resistance as this is a cardio based routine so we are going to try and keep the pace high if you are at home and you don’t have any dumbbells feel free to use water bottle shampoo conditioner bottles whatever you have lying around the house will work just something nice and light and then other than that I think that’s it so just make sure that you can see your screen so you can follow along with me and without further ado and let’s get to it all right guys our first exercise we’re going to start off with is a modified Burpee so you’re going to rise up down to a plank position one leg comes in other leg comes in and step up rise down one two [Music] [Music] all right quick 15-second rest next up we’re going to grab our weights or whatever you’re using we’re going to do a squat with a press so coming down squat and pressing up here we go [Music] [Music] [Music] all right wait sometimes we’re gonna come down on our backs we’re going to do just some regular bicycles but we’re going to try and keep the pace high bringing that elbow to the knee when you get on the center other side here we go try not to pull on the neck just fingertips lightly touching the back of your head or beside your ears [Music] [Music] all right singing back up grabbing our weights again this one’s super easy we’re just going to take a sidestep with the leg and as we step arm come up to the side step step just like that here we go keep the arms nice and strong slight Bend and the elbows don’t let the arms come up too high ten more seconds [Music] [Music] all right wait them down that’s up we’re gonna do like a standing I’ll crunch your arms are going to come meet once every two three oh one five two three and other side one two three here we go we’re not me in [Music] [Music] [Music] alright that was round number 1 you can go right back to the beginning starting off with our modifier be [Music] [Music] one two [Music] [Music] all right put your squat with our press from your weight nice and strong sit down deep into the squat [Music] [Music] [Music] alright wait some down there down there box for some bicycles keep your gaze looking up and forward don’t tuck your chin nice and long neck extend that bottom leg nice and straight [Music] [Music] [Music] all right standing up grabbing your weights this time we’re going to do a bicep curl when your shoulders a little bit of a break you’re gonna step out curl and curl and now here we go [Music] even though these are really lightweight I want you to keep good form up everybody nice and strong control on the way down [Music] [Music] whoo all right last round doing our triple standing ab crunch [Music] get those knees up keep the pace high last 40 seconds squeeze those ABS breathe it out as you bring me up and that I guys break up alright guys so I hope you enjoyed this quick 10 minute cardio routines of any jumping you’re more than welcome to add a one or two more rounds if you wanted to keep on going with this one or be sure to check out the description box as I have linked extra videos that you compare with this one to make it a more complete workout if you’re looking to do something a little bit extra I’ll also link some more apartment friendly workouts down in the description as well my warm up and cool down videos and there too so make sure you check those out if you enjoyed this video please make sure to give it a thumbs up let me know how you did in the comments down below I really love hearing from you guys I love hearing your feedback so please please let me know and if you’re new here make sure you get that subscribe button and turn notifications so you don’t miss another workout from me now see you guys very soon [Music] [Music] you [Music]

    Thank you for this! I have old injuries on both knees and it’s been a struggle to find exercises that work and don’t hurt my knees. After this I feel like I’m gonna die, but my knees don’t hurt!! (Obviously exaggerating on the dying part). Awesome workout.

    I just did this (and warm up and cool down!) for the first time and oh my god I could not get through that 😅 I’ve started exercising since January this year to lose the 6kg I put on since last summer and so far have just been doing short interval running every other day, but I want to incorporate these into my workouts as well. I thought I’d be able to get through way more than I did, but now it’s my goal to get through this without having to have 5 breaks like I did 😂 also thank you for having these apartment ones! Currently living with family who are working from home so I don’t want to disturb them, and when I live at university I’m in a room above my flat mate so I wouldn’t want to disturb her!
