10 MIN CARDIO WORKOUT AT HOME (No Jumping/Apartment Friendly, No Equipment)

[Music] [Music] Hello everybody welcome back today we’re doing a quick 10-minute no jumping cardio workout this is perfect if you live in an apartment you have neighbors downstairs maybe you’re in a small space you don’t got a lot to work with this is a quick little 10-minute cardio workout that doesn’t require any equipment just make sure you can see your screen so you can follow along with me and without further Ado let’s get to it all right we are working in 30 second intervals today our first little bit we’re not going to be taking any rest so make sure you can see your screen so you can follow along we are starting off with some step Jacks you’re going to step to the side bring it back to Center nice strong arms make sure you keep your core engaged [Music] [Music] next up we’re going to do the same thing with our lower half but with our arms you’re going to swing it across swing it across so right out from the shoulder and really use that [Music] core Next Step we’re going to step to the side reach our fingertips to the floor back up so you’re coming down in a squat position sit back into your [Music] [Music] [Music] heels next up coming to Center legs a little bit wide you’re going to reach it up and come down all the way up on the toes stretch those [Music] legs all the way down keep your chest lifted next up we’re just marching in place so get those knees nice and high stay nice and light on those toes swing those arms same thing with our lower body we’re going to continue to mark this time we’re going to bring the arms up up and over the [Music] head get those knees up squeeze that [Music] core we are we are going to shuffle to the side and we’re going to reach for our opposite toe so Shuffle reach swing this arm back other [Music] side [Music] very similar we’re going to come up and over you’re going to come up over fingertips touch the mat on this side up over other [Music] side [Music] good we’re taking a 30 second rest keep it nice and active stepping from side to side we just did four minutes we’re going to do another four minutes and then we’re done so we’re going to do a couple of the same exercises from our first round but we’re going to break it up with some new ones so we’re starting off with our step Jacks first so stepping side to side arms up here we [Music] [Music] go [Music] and Swinging the arm [Music] across really feel that resistance with the arm use that core my shoes coming off keep going Next Step we’re going to do some standing elbow to knee crunches so fingertips by the ears really reach that elbow for the knee exhale as you [Music] crunch [Music] continuing with a little bit of core you’re going to reach for opposite toe using that core keep it nice and tight next up we’re marching in [Music] place get those knees [Music] up we’re adding our arms up this time we’re going to step side to side and kick our bums so you’re staying light on your toes kicking the heel as close as you can to your bum nice strong arms good we’re reaching we’re not reaching we’re stepping to the side squatting coming to Center keep that chest lifted as you come down [Music] and we’re rising up on our toes and bringing the fingers down to the mat up and down [Music] all right you can either choose to end your workout here or we’re going to hold a plank coming down on our forearms or you can hold a high plank bmbs are down we’re going to try and slow down our breathing here and that is it guys great job I hope you enjoyed this quick 10-minute cardio workout if you did give this video a thumbs up let me know how you did in the comments down below if you’re new here hit that subscribe button turn on your post notifications so you don’t miss another video from me and I will see you guys very soon bye if you enjoy my workout videos then make sure to join me in the madfit app you’ll get access to structured programs challenges exclusive workouts recipes and many more Amazing features that will help you on your health and fitness journey if you haven’t already downloaded madfit make sure to click the link in the description and I will see you guys inside the [Music] app yeah

    this might not even be possible, but would love a cardio workout that raises heartrate without a lot of steps. I live in an old building with creaky floors and a grumpy downstairs neighbor, and I am so aware of how much noise my steps are probably making

    Ello! I will be trying this workout as a 16 year old girl who wanted to get fit! I am doing other workouts as well such as Lilly Sabri's belly fat and waist+others and see how it goes!
    I will try to do these for 3 weeks consistently

    Day 1: It was an amazing workout I felt like jelly and im shaking but it felt really good and refreshing! It is really effective cause im sweating everywhere and my heart is racing!

    Day 1 – uh tbh i can't keep up with the rhythm
    Day 2 – my lower body is kinda sore, but im tryinng. Still can't keep up with the rhythm though
    Day 3 – still can't keep up with the rhythm but surely my lungs get better
    Day 4 – slow but surely keep up with the rhythm and i think my agility increase
    Day 5 – done
    Day 6 – my sweat doesnt that much and my breathe kinda hard than before
    Day 7 – ugh my legs kinda sore, maybe because im more active today
    Day 8 – ugh, i dont do it today, im preety busy 🙁 but i do walk
    Day 9
    Day 10
    Day 11
    Day 12 – ok, have some break because my periods and were going again, kinda ran out of breath
    Day 13 – keep going💪
    Day 14 – my legs are BURNNNT
    Day 15 – done
    Day 16 – done
    Day 17 – sadly don't have a time
    Day 18 – done
    Day 19 – didnt do it coz my legs are hurt
    Day 20 – done
    Day 21 – done

    Extra tip. You can turn all these exercises into jumping. I'm a full jumping cardio girl. It's a multi functional workout which we can use depending on how we feel the day we attend to do it.❤
