OK for newcomers, but for you personal a too easy program. You should do real, full situps and Leg rraises with both legs toghether and absolutely not cheating with hands hold under yout butt!. – Use your strong legs., your agility and nimbleness to build a leaner and stronger mid-section with visibler abs. Would make yolur beautiful body absolute perfect! –
