all right guys today I’m going to be doing some workouts in three different outfits we got the going out outfit this dress is tight honestly it’s really tight I can’t breathe next one we’re going to do lingerie and then we’re going to do a snowboarding outfit let’s see if it’s possible cuz right now I can really breathe but let’s see if I can lift some weights so this is my sexy Vegas dress something I wear in Vegas when I want to feel like a super hot [ __ ] this is going to be my outfit that I’m going to try to do my squats in wish me luck let’s see how this goes all right let me let me lift this thing up all right can she do 25 squats in her big ass heels and tight dressed we shall see I don’t even think I can separate my legs at this point I can see a little bit okay hit my top oh my God it’s going to literally pop out of the dress right [Applause] now this is like pre pre goinging out workout right now okay let’s see what else we can try here maybe some good mornings oh yeah all right this is this is this can do should it be my new outfit for the gym Maybe these baddies in but you know what this is actually kind of activating my glutes a little better than Barefoot we start with the and platform heels pulse 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 two okay so the squat challenge is definitely dress proof let’s try another one I’m thinking maybe some leg presses you guys this dress I can’t even put my arm over okay perfect it’s like a corset I can’t I can’t breathe okay here we go the heels in the middle of the okay got to rotate it okay there we go one two oh my God you know what I think it’s harder like this because I can’t even breathe so okay we got this this is like extra C raises give me some ABS oh yeah there we go get those [Applause] leaks that is going to bruise so bad not yourself don’t lift in platform heels please okay don’t do that okay now that I’ve destroyed my shins which I’m probably going to have to show you bruises oh they’re already coming in like they are already look at this I’m going to be literally purple but every good workout finishes with cardio so let’s get on the stair Master shall we I typically do my stair Master on like level 14 maybe we’ll go for like level 12 maybe level 10 to start in heels okay we’re at level 12 oh yeah this is like the ultimate C workout but the trick is not to slip at any point cuz if I Do Slip any each sh I’ll be [ __ ] so we don’t want that forward backward motion oh no no no no no no not going to happen Okay a MaDee that’ll do I’m [ __ ] winded at this point but the dress held up kind of shins shoes do you see how tight this is like I can’t I can’t breathe like the boobs are popping out of this thing I just want to take it off already actually like I can’t breathe not Pleasant at all let’s go change we ready to hit this workout warm in here I think this one this is going to be doable cuz you know like when you’re snowboarding you’re on the mountain you’re working you’re shredding you’re you know you’re doing all the crazy [ __ ] so like you know when you’re in a snowboard like you got to be like down the ground then you got to get up so you got to use a lot of core and ass and legs so let’s work the muscles that need to be worked while you’re shredding the [ __ ] Nar yeah let go I was thinking cable workout today and we’re going to use some little things that I came up with that have been getting me really strong um I have this like I don’t know what you call this like it’s just this thing with this big ass chain and I do this at the gym and people stare at me like I’m literally a insane freak but you know what it works so don’t judge [ __ ] that works so what you do is you grab the cable machine you’re going to bring it all the way down to the the ground unhook whatever piece of equipment is already on the cable machine and then find the center of this guys I’m already sweating it’s so hot here okay hook that on the Chain so this is a Half Stack so I’m putting it on 160 so that it’s 80 okay that’s a lot pull yourself out to the end all right on your toes ready you’re going to go back thrust so like when you’re snowboarding you got to have that range of motion in your hips this is harder than it looks I’m going to tell you right now you got to squeeze your ass at the top okay you want to keep your chest up and Pull It in the rust it oh my God you guys this is really heavy maybe I was tripping on Happ your body weight wait I did more than half my body weight what am I doing okay I’m still going to do it because I’m a beast so pull rest rest okay we got five more five I’m going to start sweating in this outfit it’s hot in here at least it’s cute right okay so when you get out of it this is the hard part you have to like army crawl back these shoes are not meant for this cuz I’m literally looking out of these boots at this point like my toes are my heels are up to the top of the boot right now now oh this is cute this is kind of cute we can do like jump squats right here o that burns okay we’re in 10 jump squats one 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 it’s really hot in here sweating okay those two workouts fire fire fire fire it’s really hot here guys it’s really hot all right this is coming from a girl who wears literally the tiniest fors brows and the tiniest shorts of the gym so this is a lot for me you want to stay on your heels cuz when you’re snowboarding you’re on your heels right so push back push back this Burns all right I just got to say this is a lot better than wearing heels I’m going to say this is a lot better don’t wear heels to the gym not the vibe okay now we’re going to do a good morning so it in squeeze at the top you’re going to feel this like right underneath those glutes right there let’s actually try something I feel like if we’re snowboarding if you’re like down on the ground okay so maybe we’ll do like a roll back oh that’s a good one okay so it’s going to be like a pistol squat almost so you’re going to pistol squat down roll onto your core pull up and bring it up o that’s a burner kind of like that down roll up see I’m literally [Music] those are really good you should try those those are really good okay so you’re going to do that circuit if you were to be training to be a snowboarder get on the mountain feeling strong that’s the circuit you want to do try it like four times shall we do some ABS so we have that strong core I think so let’s keep it moderate weight because I find that when I go heavier my core gets really bulky I like to stay long lean and shredded so I’m thinking like 30 cuz then it’s 15 lbs good okay so get on the ground you want to extend your arm all the way up to the sky and crunch it into your oblique it’s like all mind body but crunch only you guys could see my oblique right now it’s cut it’s super cut cuz I do these all day so I do like 25 on each side but we’ll go through it kind of quick 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 two one okay other side don’t forget to do both sides you want to have even obliques okay it’s really [ __ ] hot in here I need to take this off I might pass out honestly it’s really hot okay one two three you want to like breathe into your oblique so you want to feel it pinching really [Music] tight I’m getting winded it’s so hot ins theide this jacket like I know it doesn’t look too crazy but fashion NOA be making those really warm jackets okay I got five more five four 3 2 one and then you got to do the center of course so that’s going to give you like total horror so when you are snowboarding and you you’re skiing you’re going to be good to go you’re going to be real good to go so you want to tuck your head in the chin to your chest almost and bring your pelvis Ino so you want to bring it in and then exhale when you come in four five get this off I need to get this off already anyways working out in this situation is not as bad as working out in my going out outfit I’m going to say cuz at least I can like move around and like you know stand up and open my legs and move my arms but it is sweaty in here so should we see if the lerie fits the gym I almost forgot we got to finish off with cardio so I’m thinking maybe we’ll jump [Music] rope did you I can’t even see my feet like how am I supposed to jump rope with this outfit on okay let’s see how long I can [Music] last I just have hair in my face and in my mouth and just all over I think that’s enough for for this outfit i’ rather work out and something less hot me time take this off my hair is probably super crazy at this point probably looking cute cute um let’s get this off of me I’m done get these boots off God it’s so hot and these these are like five layers of boots but we can’t show my toes can’t be giv too much off here I’m about to be working at lerie got to save the best part for something special okay luckily I wore myerie underneath my silvering outfit so we’re ready to rock shall we get to it now you guys are going to be able to see my obliques for real for real but I’m also wearing something super crazy so let’s see how this goes okay this is a fit and a half honestly I think workout shoes and lingerie I don’t mind it oh also look at my shins already I straight up have a welt like a full wel also this is because I just got this Smith machine like four days ago and I was trying all this crazy [ __ ] I’ve had so many gym fills that have happened in the past week I’m literally beating myself up like look I skinned my finger off I have Cuts all over my hands I have bruises all over my legs literally everywhere so it’s just me being you know my Daredevil self what do we think of this fit this is kind of a Vibe imagine I came to the gym like this I’m sure you’d be distracted maybe not okay so I have like all these little tassels on this outfit what if we did like like a you know like the oblique twist like this let’s see if they can attach to the nipple ring this is fun look at this like let get wild so we’re just going to hook it on she said she likes chains and whbs this might rip the tit off but I call this a titty twister here we go squeeze those abs there we go oh I’m really feeling it in that tit okay I say we do like solid four more one two 3 4 hard work one two got to really rotate you know that whole upper body like fully rotate this is the magic gitty twister it’s those SS tight the titty tight okay four 3 2 that’s the Extreme Workout we’re looking for oh we lost we lost the chain I think we could just stick it back on can’t lose my nipple ring let’s see the tit couldn’t handle the strength you know just couldn’t handle it oh we’re in we are in this I think I need some pliers for that but oh no we did it we’re good we’re solid these can sustain a lot of of strength I mean I think someone could put two chains on me and like pull me like a sled at this point cuz this is some hardcore heavy duty [ __ ] okay all right so we’re going to Lunge just stationary lunges you’re going to do 10 of them on each leg I love working at lre this is the vibe this is what I’m talking about if I could go to the gym in lre sure as hellwood I must say okay and we’re going to just thrust it 2 9 11 12 10 squats 1 2 3 4 9 10 that was that was good I’m sure this is a good outfit to work out in CU you can see all my muscles too I feel good I feel Dynamic I feel like agile like I could like you know do the damn thing okay now I want to show you my plaes workout that I’ve been doing but but I add weights in and it’s so good it’s so good it’s like inner thighs glutes legs and abs so you want to like even out all of your body weight on both legs and really get deep into it that that’s a good one those burn so bad8 9 and in up and in oh yeah then side going want to do [Music] Up 3 5 6 7 8 9 10 it’s getting hot in here I’d say I want to take off all my clothes but I already did oops I was also thinking of doing some battle ropes cuz this is a sick ass fit and I feel like battle ropes would be the most fit source of cardio aside from running so let’s whip out the battle ropes and get to [Applause] that [Applause] [Music] [Applause] oh that doesn’t kill you come work out with me because this is this is a killer workout oh my God guys I think that will conclude my three different office of working out in I got to say I think I’m going to work out in lerie from now on as long as I’m still glowed to go to the gym you know oh [ __ ] I’m so winded I’m sure you guys like laundre the most too I don’t recommend working out in your snowboarding clothes unless you’re really trying to break a sweat then you can wear your plastic back to the gym do not wear heels to the gym unless you want to be injured and get welts on your shins don’t try that please do me a favor but this one I’ll do it
