    I'm trying to erase 10 years of bad choices, and I just came across your videos. I just finished this one, and holy crap it's no joke. some things I can not do, I am older but I just substitute with an exercise I can do.
    thanks for the help, so I don't have to go to the gym!
    my highest weight was 160, and now I flux between 150/153.
    I eat healthier choices, but I don't deny my self anything. veggies and protein and fruit are my main picks.
    I lift weights nothing super heavy my upper body strength is zilch, so I started off with just the bar now I'm up to 60lbs and I love weighted cardio, just play some good music and I'm good!
    my black cargos are my measuring tool they are definitely looser than before!
    stay consistent eat good and never give up!

    It's a great workout not as intense as some of your other abs workout but will be doing this for the time period to see the difference.

    I have my changellenge if having a hernia but still i'm pushin forward despite. I'm really hoping to start seeing my lose skin pulling in…..
